Whereas the response time is generally very fast, it cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen high demand or public holidays in Québec.

Whereas you are advised to ensure the products you are purchasing meet your needs, as all sales are final. Finality includes no exchanges, refunds, or warranties on any purchase.

Whereas buyers have the option to place orders by phone, on the website, or in-store. Buyers may also choose to pay for delivery fees via postal service, courier, or pick up their purchased items at the above address.

Whereas the full payment of the total amount due is required to receive the purchased product, failing which the order will not be processed.

Whereas all buyer information must be accurately provided in the designated section. Dustin Ct reserves the right to contact the buyer to verify certain details if necessary.

Whereas all packages are packed directly in-store and shipped with proof of shipment, including a date-stamped photo of the package before dispatch by Dustin Ct.

Whereas, despite these precautions, Dustin Ct disclaims all responsibility for the condition of the package upon its arrival at the address provided by the buyer. No legal action can be taken against Dustin Ct as the package will have been carefully prepared with supporting photos.

Whereas the packaged product will bear a “Handle With Care” label for the carrier responsible for delivery.

Whereas it is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and ensure the safe retrieval of the package.

Whereas if no one is present to receive the delivery, the risk of theft is unfortunately increasing everywhere. Buyers are encouraged to ensure delivery to a secure address and to request a signature for delivery by calling Dustin Ct. Note, however, that carriers, except Canada Post, may leave packages at their nearest service point based on their policies.

Whereas delivery times are not managed by Dustin Ct, and only the transport and delivery company is responsible for the condition, delivery, and associated delays.

Whereas Dustin Ct cannot be held responsible for any purchase-related issues, as no installation service is offered by the merchant. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compatibility and safe use of purchased items. Installation should be performed by a knowledgeable and capable adult.

Whereas buyers should remember that wearing helmets and appropriate protective gear for activities such as motocross, pit bikes, motorcycles, ATVs, and others is essential to prevent severe injuries or fatalities to oneself or others.

Whereas no equipment, purchase, part, or the merchant itself can be held liable for any accidents or incidents.

Whereas Dustin Ct reserves the right to retain buyer information for follow-up contact and notes that the website used for purchases has its own policies, which may differ from those of Dustin Ct. The merchant disclaims responsibility for any internal policies of the website platform.

Whereas credit card payments or phone payments are not accepted, except for bank transfers, with proof of receipt issued by Dustin Ct on the same day as confirmation of full payment.

Whereas in-store payments are accepted by physical credit cards, bank transfers, or debit cards.

Whereas taxes are always applicable on purchases, and a mandatory $3 tire recycling fee (plus taxes) per tire applies under the law.

Whereas Dustin Ct holds valid tax numbers, and regardless of the delivery location, including outside Québec, Québec taxes (where Dustin Ct is based) will apply to all invoices.
