Return and Refund Policy – 14 Days

At Dustin CT, we accept returns only for spare parts within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns for complete vehicles (ATVs, Motocross, Mini Bikes, Tao Tao, Apollo) are never accepted.
No refunds or exchanges are available for complete vehicles.

1️⃣ Conditions for Spare Parts Returns

Before any return, you must contact our customer service team to approve the request.

Returned parts must be in the exact same new condition as when they were shipped:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • Original packaging intact

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

2️⃣ Installed Products

Products that have been installed are not eligible for return.

3️⃣ Returns and Store Credit

Returned spare parts may be eligible for a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

No cash refunds are offered for spare parts or any other items.

Returns must be made by the original purchaser.

4️⃣ Non-Refundable Products

  • Complete ATVs, Motocross, and Mini Bikes

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Digital products or online services
