Cancellation Policy

At Dustin CT , we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and prevent you from keeping your service or repair appointment.

In order to provide efficient service to all our customers, we ask that you comply with the following conditions:

✅ Free cancellation
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge at least 24 hours before the scheduled date.

✅ Last-minute cancellation
Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment date may incur a fee equivalent to 20% of the estimated rate, to cover the loss of reserved time.

✅ No-show
In case of absence without notice, Dustin CT reserves the right to charge up to 50% of the scheduled rate to compensate for the time blocked.
